Add a Behavior Policy to a Filter
Behavior policy criteria can be added only to the filters in voice service policies.
- Find the voice or service policy in Draft or Testing mode that you want to add a behavior policy to.
- For a service policy in a network feature, Go to Policy > Features.
- For a service eCommerce policy, go to Policy > eCommerce Policies.
- Click the corresponding View button in the right column. (The buttons in the right column appear when you hover the mouse pointer over the row.)
- Click the Lock button (to unlock and enable editing).
- Add or view a filter.
- If the voice service policy that you want to add the behavior policy does not have at least one component with at least one filter, add a component, and then add a filter.
- If the voice service policy that you want to add the behavior policy does have at least one component with at least one filter, click the name of a filter in a voice service policy.
- Click the Lock button in the Edit Voice Filter dialog box (to unlock and enable editing).
- Click Add Criteria > Filter by Behavior Policy.
- In the Behavior Policy section, click Add Policy.
- Click New to add a new behavior policy (enter a Name, define the behavior policy settings, and then click Save).
- Click From Library to select an existing behavior policy (select a behavior policy from the Behavior Policy Library dialog box, and then click Add).
- Click Save.
