Add a Component to a Service Policy

1. At the bottom of the policy, click Add New Component > New.
2. Enter a Name. It is good practice to use a name that indicates what the component does. The Name cannot be more than 32 characters. 
3. Click Save.
4. Add one or more filters and one or more policy events.
