Add a Retail Coupon Product

  1. Go to eCommerce > Catalog & Notifications.
  2. Select the Sandbox view you want to work in. Hover over the down arrow next to the current sandbox name in the header, then click a sandbox name.
  3. Go to Catalog > Products.
  4. Click Add Product.
  5. Click Retail Coupon Product.
  6. Enter the retail coupon product details. Decide whether you want this coupon product to be a unique coupon or a universal coupon.
    Additional information about what to enter in each field is in the hover help for some fields, in Retail Coupon Settings, and in Common Product Settings, including details about how to add different types of images.
  7. Click Save.

Service Design Center uses a change management process to track and approve all changes to any product. All of these changes, including additions, edits, and deletions, must go through the promote-approve-deploy process before they become available.

Any changes you make (change a name, change a price, add or delete a product from a bundle, etc.) to any product do not affect any users that already have the product.
