Change Partner View

If your ItsOn Smart Services software system manages multiple partners and your user account has access to more than one partner, you can change your partner view. This is useful especially if you have customer service representatives who handle issues for multiple brands.

1. Click on your username in the upper right, which is a drop-down menu.
2. Click the name of a partner. (You will see only the names of partners you have access to, and only if you have access to more than one.)
