Change the Default State of a Network Feature

Changing the default state of a network feature does not change the state of the network feature on any ItsOn-powered device that has been specifically set through the provisioning interface or Customer Support.

  1. Go to Policy > Provisioning.
  2. Find the network feature with the default state you want to change.
  3. Click the Enable check box to toggle its state.
  4. Click Save.
Make sure you fully understand the potential consequences of changing the default state of a network feature because this could affect many devices. For example, you could be testing a network feature on a 1000-device subset of your subscriber base and toggling the default state could cause, say, 1,000,000 devices to get the network feature.
