Change the Quantity of a Product in a Bundle

One aspect of bundles is that you can have more than one of a product in a bundle. You can do this in two ways:

When you add products to a bundle multiple times, you can specify prices for each product instance. For example, you could add three separate 10MB data plans and price the first at $10, the second at $5, and the third at $3. If you instead have just one 10MB data plan and change its quantity to 3, that price applies to all three plans.

  1. Go to Catalog > Products.
  2. Click the name of a bundle.
  3. In the Sku Bundle Items section of the General tab, click the name of a product.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Enter a new Quantity.
  6. Click Save (in the Add Products to Bundle dialog box).
  7. Click Save (on the bundle page).

Service Design Center uses a change management process to track and approve all changes to any product. All of these changes, including additions, edits, and deletions, must go through the promote-approve-deploy process before they become available.

Any changes you make (change a name, change a price, add or delete a product from a bundle, etc.) to any product do not affect any users that already have the product.
