Change the Voice Accounting Policy Used in an eCommerce Voice Service Policy

When you add an eCommerce voice service policy, the default voice accounting policy is associated with it automatically. You can change the associated voice accounting policy of a voice service policy or a component within the voice service policy to any that you have in the Voice Accounting Policy library.

1. Go to Policy > eCommerce Policies.
2. Find the eCommerce policy that has the associated voice accounting policy you want to change, and then click the corresponding View button  in the right column. (The buttons in the right column appear when you hover the mouse pointer over the row.)
3. Click the Lock button  (to unlock and enable editing).
4. Click > Switch next to the voice accounting policy you want to change.
5. Click the radio button next to the voice accounting policy you want to use.
6. Click Add.

The new association is saved automatically.
