eCommerce Policies that are being used by products cannot be deleted.
Go to Policy -> eCommerce Policies.
Find the eCommerce policy in the list that you want to delete, and then click the corresponding Delete button in the right column. (The buttons in the right column appear when you hover the mouse pointer over the row.)
