Edit a Voice Accounting Policy

Voice accounting policies are used in voice service policies "by reference." A change to a voice accounting policy definition changes that definition in every voice service policy that uses (references) the voice accounting policy.
  1. Go to Policy > Advanced Voice Accounting Policy.

  2. Find the voice accounting policy in the list that you want to edit, and then click the corresponding View button  in the right column. (The buttons in the right column appear when you hover the mouse pointer over the row.)

  3. Click the Lock  button (to unlock and enable editing).
  4. Make any desired changes. See Voice Accounting Policy Settings for details.
  5. Click Save.
