Preferred Destination Change Fees

When you offer preferred voice destinations by adding behavior policies to some of your service policies, you may want to charge a fee when customers make changes in their number slots to prevent misuse of this value-added service or to generate additional revenue. Entitlement change fees are where you define which user actions you charge for, how much you charge for each action, and for which behavior policies the charges are associated with.

Preferred destination change fees cannot be added to basic bundles, compound bundles, or exchange categories. If you attempt to promote a change that includes a basic bundle, compound bundle, or exchange category that contains a preferred destination change fee, the promotion will fail and you will see an error.
