Provisioning

The Provisioning page is where you set the default state of published network features on a feature-level basis.

When network features are published, their default state is set to either On or Off. The network features appear in the Provisioning list upon publication with the default state indicated, with the Enable check box selected meaning On, and the Enable check box cleared meaning Off. You can toggle the default state of any published network feature.

The default state can be overridden on one or more devices on a per-device level for subscribers in Customer Support or with the API (not covered in this guide), as outlined in this table.

Default State on Publication Override Setting via Customer Support/API Expected State on Device
Off None specified Off
Off Yes: Off Off
Off Yes: On On
On None specified On
On Yes: Off Off
On Yes: On On

The provisioning default state is defined per network feature on the Provisioning page.

User permissions and tenant/partner settings may determine whether provisioning functionality is enabled or disabled.
