Add a Subscriber Group

  1. Go to Libraries > Subscriber Groups.
  2. Click New.
  3. Enter a unique Name. Names cannot be longer than 32 characters and can contain only letters, number, dashes, and underscores.
  4. Enter one or more valid phone numbers. You can also copy numbers from an external file and paste them in the Phone Numbers field. A subscriber group can contain up to 50 phone numbers. See Validation and Fixing Data Errors for more information on entering valid data and fixing invalid data.
  5. Click Save.
The Save button is not active if you have not entered any phone numbers or if you have invalid phone numbers entered and they are not corrected or cleared.
